I am Sarah Vaughan, reflexologist and holistic therapist, specialising in women’s health and fertility, I am a mum of three and I know the fertility trenches VERY well.

I have been a reflexologist for over a decade now, and for me, it was reflexology that helped me to conceive my second and my surprise third baby!

I have wanted to create a course for such a long time, because I see so many couples, and women especially, in total despair and feeling at a complete loss trying to conceive, and there is so much I want to share that might help you, but, as I said, time is limited in the treatment room.

So, I have made this course to share with you all of the basics of fertility and also some simple reflexology that you can use at home to support you on your journey.
