Terms and Conditions
Our agreement
As someone who is self employed, myself and my family rely on my clients to pay the agreed amount, in advance, or at the time of the treatment. When you book an appointment with Sarah Vaughan (MAR, MARR) you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

If you fail to attend an appointment, the full fee will be charged.

If you cancel the appointment with less than 24 hours notice the full fee will be charged.

Appointments cancelled 48 hours before the treatment will be fully refunded.

Appointment times are limited, and so if you arrive late to a session, we will still end the treatment at the original time.

All fees are payable either in advance of or at the time of the the appointment.

As a therapist Sarah will:

Do her best to not cancel your appointment. (You will never be charged if Sarah cancels your appointment.)

If she does have to cancel or reschedule your appointment, she will give you as much notice as she possibly can.

COVID 19: I work with many vulnerable clients, so please, If you have any symptoms of COVID 19, even if you have not had a test yet, please do not attend your appointment. You will not be charged in these circumstances.

Vouchers:
​
Vouchers are available on request, and are valid for only one appointment. You cannot split your voucher into separate appointments. (Unless otherwise agreed).
